In fact, it is mostly a healthy emotion that keeps us alert, ready and motivated. However, if the anxiety is severe and persistent, it can start to affect your daily functioning.
Experts say that as humans, we crave control and this is what triggers anxiety attacks the most. An anxiety attack is basically an episode characterized by extreme worry, discomfort, fear of any situation that seems dangerous or stressful. There is no one specific reason that can lead to anxiety attacks; Instead they may arise from stressful situations in life or current or past triggers. Some common reasons could be exams, conflicts at home, unemployment, stress at work or school or college or home, changes in life, loss and grief, and financial difficulties.

1. Respiratory problems
